Its location close to bars and restaurants was lovely and stunning. The personnel was INCREDIBLY WELCOMING and pretty friendly. Choose standard queen room with a single bed.

Convenient Stay with Mixed Comfort
A decent base for exploring London. The staff provided quick assistance, moving us to a larger room when we had issues. Relaxed in the cozy onsite café with surprisingly good coffee. A tip , check your room carefully upon check-in for any issues!

Cheap and decent size units with 2 single beds, wardrobes and heating permanently on. Perfect and stunning location for London, just next door to Tube, Bus and Shops, and the Stratford station. Also, to Westfield shopping centre.

It is situated very near the Central Line, and it takes half an hour to reach the centre (Oxford circus Station). If you buy the travelcard for 7 days (zones 1-3), it is really worth it because you can see the whole of the city by paying 32,50 pounds. The rooms are freshly decorated, clean sheets, you get clean towels every day. You have satellite tv and wireless-internet connection in the room. Breakfast is classical, but substantial enough.
The bathroom is very old. But the water supply was good (hot, cold). The shower could be cleaned much better. A layer of varnish / paint cannot cover the dirt.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. The bed was comfortable, and a complimentary bottle of water was a thoughtful detail. While the cleanliness was commendable, the overall communication left much to be desired.

great stay with minor room concerns
The beds in our suite were comfortable, great to rest well. The availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a nice personal touch to our stay.
The family suite felt slightly cramped for our group size.

The staff were trying to be freindly.
For the five days that we stayed in the hotel, there was not a single day when the room was vaccum cleaned. Although we omplained, no action was aken, We had to endure breathing dirt and dust. There was not a single day where the room was made up. The beds were made up by us. The claener came and handed over new towels without even taking the used towels away. When informed about cleaning the room, she said she had no time.

This was a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in London with a great value-to-price ratio. The friendly staff quickly moved me to another room when I reported noise issues from the first room. Just be ready for some noise if you're near the reception.

The only pleasant thing at the hotel where the people from the front desk. They were quite helpful and nice.
The room was dirty (the linen, a used soup) and the breakfast was almost missing.
